The Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee acts as a study group to find ways to operate the recreationally important facilities, activities and events in an efficient and successful manner, enhancing the natural beauty and recreational opportunities of the community. They meet every other month on the second Wednesday at 5:00pm at the Coach T.B. Thomas Sports Center, 701 West Washington Street, Hartsville, SC 29550.
